Our experiance doing blog
We meet again right? Hope all of you that always followed our blog in a good health. Do we realize or not, this post maybe the last entry from four of us to all you guys. Actually managing this blog is quite enjoy and make us to be a creative person. Other than that, it promote us to be a responsible person to complete the task for every week that been given and also promote us a teamwork in a group of four. Before doing this "4 Of Us" blog, four of us does not have any blog and experiences to do it. But now we have a lot of experiences and knowledge while doing this blog and INSYAALAH after this, every one from four of us must have our own blog. Doing blog is quite exciting actually and taught us more about social network other than Facebook, Twitter, Friendster and so on. Other than that, if we really a creative and smart person, we can use this mode of technology (blog) as our income. We said that because in the real world now, many people have done this by always updating their blog with the current issues whether in their country or international and many other things. Some people also choose to do online shopping through blog. So we can decide whether to be a active blogger to earn income or just doing it as a hobby. Last but not least to all our followers or readers, we might continue to post a new entry whether it is not a task that always been given to us like before. INSYAALAH (^_^).
Looks like the time not allowed us to keep on writing, hope we can meet again for the next post. bye-bye and love you all :-)

Do you think you can achieve Dean's List for this semester? Part-1
DEAN LIST
Who would not ever want it? to achieve them is not happy as a word. need a strong EFFORT!
Dean’s List, as the Wiki describes, is an honorary roll assigned to the top students. The GPA cut-off to get into the Dean’s List varies across faculties and academic terms. The ballpark estimate, GPA has to be at least 3.6/4.0 or 4.5/5.0 (i.e. average of A- and A for all subjects) and above to be considered on the Dean’s List. If students were more competitive in a particular term, the cut-off will be higher.
'Effort' |
We agreed that we will achieve Dean List in this semester. No obstacles that can discourage us to prosper as others. Although there are many killer subjects at the beginning of the semester, with a persistent and consistent effort we are confident dean's list in our hands. Nor hearts we feel like want to pretend but if we do not dream of something and mean it in that direction we will not prevail to get what we dream right? We must have one goal in doing any case.
A dream without effort does not produce anything.

What will I do to become a better student / human being? part-1
Almost two weeks of sick Eid ul-Fitr leave, responsibility as a student back into continue to fulfil the dreams of our parents. All of us feel sad to leave our beloved family right? Eid ul-Fitr spirit is still there and that is what we felt so. All students’ dream of excellent results. As well as us. To achieve that dream, we must work hard. Seriously not only the words but we have to prove it.
'lets work harder' |
Although still in the early semesters, we have a very challenging subject to learn. For example, Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics and Process Heat Transfer subject that require high understanding of the use of mathematics. As our lecturer said ‘Mathematics is Engineering Language’.
"mathematics is engineering language' |
Even as difficult wherever we need to strive and continue to work right? With regular discussions with our friends is one way to go in that direction. Besides, if there is something we still do not understand about the lesson we should directly consult with the lecturer. But we must choose the appropriate time in which not to interfere their privacy. We must first understand the problem by searching the reference materials in the library before asking lecturer. So that we will be more easily too understand.
'search for the knowledge' |
To become great students, we should not focus only on education but also health. This is because our minds come from a healthy body. Therefore, we must be intelligent enough to separate the time wisely. What we can conclude here, as long as we managed to divide the time between responsibilities as students and others, so long as such we will succeed as a successful person. Keep in touch guys!

A Positive Thing that I'm Going to do during the Mid-Semester Break is...?? Part 2
Assalamualaikum and Happy Eid ul-Fitr to all our readers. How was your Raya celebration? Must be such a great celebration with plenty of traditional food such as ketupat, lemang, rendang and of course cookies ! As we are in the Mid-Semester break together along celebrating Eid ul-Fitr, we still have blog entry to be posted. For this week title, we are asked to post about "A Positive Thing that I'm Going to do during the Mid-Semester Break is...."
Ketupat, lemang and rendang |
This is the continuation of our previous entry; As Eid ul-Fitr celebration is on our Mid-Semester break, there are so much thing to be done during this break. Although it is Mid-Semester break, we still have assignments, lab reports and other things to do. We still need to study a lot for tests which are waiting for us after Mid-Semester break. Such a boring Mid-Semester break because we can't celebrate Eid ul-Fitr happily when there are a lot of tests waiting for us next week. We need to study a lot so that we can score for all those subjects.
Study?? |
Although we need to study and celebrate Eid ul-Fitr together, it is still a positive thing to do because it is our duty as a University student to fulfill our vision and mission in completing our study. Besides studying for tests, we can spend our time together with family and friends especially during this festive season. Therefore, we think that study is the best positive thing to be done during this Mid-Semester break because we can revise what we had learnt in the class. We think we should stop here for now. Stay tuned for our next entry. Bye-bye..

What we can do to help ease world hunger? - Part 1
Assalamualaikum and hello there..
Now people are busy talking about Bazaar Ramadhan and Hari Raya that just around the corner. We should be proud to be Malaysians because we did not involved with poverty and hunger. We often heard about people’s desire to solve world hunger, or to be able to feed the world and help alleviate the suffering or things that associated with it.
However, the meaningful long-term alleviation to hunger is rooted in the alleviation of poverty, as poverty leads to hunger. World hunger is a terrible symptom of world poverty. If efforts are only directed at providing food, or improving food production or distribution, then the structural root causes that create hunger, poverty and dependency would still remain. And so while continuous effort, resources and energies are deployed to relieve hunger through these technical measures, the political causes require political solutions as well.
We can take an example of world's hunger problem which occurred in this world. Take a look at what had happened in Somalia. More than 11 millions of people are fleeing drought and famine in Somalia in search of food and water in refugee camps in Kenya and Ethiopia. The crisis has been brought on by a deadly combination of severe drought, with no rain in the region of two years, a huge spike in food prices and a brutal civil war in Somalia, where it is too dangerous for aid workers to operate and help the hunger.
Somalians are walking as far as 50 miles to reach the Dadaab complex in eastern Kenya which is the largest refugee camp in the world. The trek can take weeks through punishing terrain, which is desolate except for the carcasses that litter the land.
Through this example of world hunger like in Somalia, what can we do to help ease world hunger?? There are many ways that we can use to ease world hunger such as:
That are some of the ways we can use to ease world hunger. Actually there are many other ways to ease world hunger because it depends on the individual or organization to do in their own ways. Till the next post, we are going to tell you more about World Hunger Facts and some of the other ways to help ease world hunger.
Goodbye~

What did you feel when looking at this boy??? |
Pity them! |
Children are suffering and so their mother too |
Waiting for what? Food? Medical treatment? |
Sadness shown up on this mother's face |

Through this example of world hunger like in Somalia, what can we do to help ease world hunger?? There are many ways that we can use to ease world hunger such as:
- Influence public policy to support poor people.
- Get your employer to adopt a hunger-relief organization: encourage co-workers to volunteer; invite the organization to speak at work; publicize the organization's activities in your company newsletter.
- Empower people to create, stock and manage their own food banks at the community level.
- Contribute financially to reduce hunger and poverty.
- Work directly with poor people.
- Develop income-generating activities.

How to overcome challenges during Ramadhan Part 2
Assalamualaikum and hello there..
From the previous post we have story to all you guys about the tragedy that occurs at Bazaar Ramadhan Jasin, Malacca. We hope that tragedy make us feel grateful and thankful to ALLAH because we still breathing until now (^_^). All right, for this post we want to story about how to overcome challenges during Ramadhan. Actually during Ramadhan, there are many challenges beside hunger and thirsty. We also have to conserve our eyes from looking the bad things (sexy girl), control our anger, not talking unnecessary matter like gossips and others (really hard to do actually).
As students in UnikL Micet that are hardly packed with classes not even during day time but night classes also proceed as usual. It was a very challenging to us. Actually, our timetable is not really packed but too many gaps between one class session to the next class session. Sometime to prevent from tired, we have to stay in library (pretend hardworking) or mosque (take chance to take a nap) to waiting for the next classes. We did not going back to hostel because we think it take too much energy especially in fasting month. Am I right about that?? I think so actually (^_^). Other than that, now in Malacca are quiet hot weather which make us really thirsty until sometime we have to take a bath 3 to 4 times in a day to keep fresh (makruh). We do not have to worry about the bill that always waiting for us at the end of the month because we already paid to Micet for 1 semester.

How to overcome challenges during Ramadhan? Part 1
This week, we would like to share with all of you on "How to overcome challenges during Ramadhan". As University students which are busy with classes, lab works and assignments, we had to find the ways to overcome challenges during the Ramadhan and also manage our time between tiredness and studies. This is because during the Ramadhan, we are easily get tired and lack of energy to do other activities as usual.
Through the Ramadhan month, our timetable is packed just like the other month. There are no excuses for shorten the class duration from two hours class to one hour and cancelling all the night classes. Although it is Ramadhan and students get tired with their daily life routine, night classes still proceed as usual. Sometimes we did not have chances to go for Terawih because after iftar, we need to rush up for classes. Besides that, as Hari Raya Aidilfitri is just around the corner, lecturers are busy to give us tests and quizzes before going back for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Due to this kind of situatuin, we need to manage our time properly so that we have enough energy to cover up all those activities including revision. What a tired life as a University student.
Till the next post, we will tell you how to overcome challenges during Ramadhan on the next post. We hope that all of you enjoy your fasting season happily. :)

Life as a Bachelor Student in MICET Part 2
Hope you guys in a good health and always cheers. Here we are, fasting month comes again this year (^_^). So how are your fasting period?? Is it good or the other side?? I hope its good right?? Its look like this year we are fasting in MICET again which is far from home. Actually fasting with family is a bit different compared fasting with friends. This is because at home, mom will prepared everything for "suhoor" and "iftar" and wake us in the early morning for "suhoor". The situation is different when we are at MICET because we have to prepare our own dishes (eg: Maggi) and have to set the watch to wake up in the early morning . Sometime , we missed our "suhoor" (it's secret ok??).
Actually I realized that we are out of the topic now. So back to the main story, we will continue the life of bachelor student in MICET as promised before. For the first week we didn't attend any classes while our friends from other courses are packed with classes. We didn't mean to skip the class for the first week. All this happened because of there is a bit messy with the management in ASRA about subjects registration, credit transfer, timetable still not fixed and others. The staffs in ASRA working "hardly" to fix back the problem .We love ASRA" (^_^). After one week, all the problems have been solved and we got our timetable but not the real timetable. So many subject need to be rearranged back due to the subjects which are clashing. On the second week, finally we got our real timetable which mean that is the beginning of our classes. For this semester we take 7 subjects and have three KILLER subjects which are Chemical Engineering of Thermodynamics, Process Heat Transfer and Physical Chemistry (sometime feel like to drop those subjects).
So now we have to leave because night class will be begin in about an hour from now. So stay tuned for further story from us. "Happy Break Fasting" and don't forget for "Terawih" ok! :-)

Life as a Bachelor Student in MICET Part 1
Assalamualaikum and hello guys...
Welcome back to Unikl MICET as a bachelor student's level. Actually we didn't imagined that we can reach up to this level..do you??we still remember the challenges and pressure we faced during diploma level with assignments, laboratory reports and so on. Sometime felt like to jump from the top of the mountain to release the stress (just kidding). But now, believe it or not we are bachelor students in UNIKL MICET.
Ok back to the main story, our journey as a bachelor student started with a very hectic week especially during the registration day. Do you know why? Too many student lined up for registration with the Multipurpose Hall's condition which is quiet "cold" until it made us sweat and not comfortable. This hectic week became "better" with the shortage of water supply at the hostel but this situation made us to be strong to survive. The good news is almost all the MSR programmes have been cancelled (HOREYY (^_^).
Since we are as the new students,(but i think not actually) room are randomly given. We didn't know who are our roommates but we took this as an opportunity for us to know other person and make them friends. When we entered the room, we realized that we are the first person arrived in that room. So we chose our bed near the windows and start to tidy up our stuffs. Three of our roommates arrived and tidy up their stuffs. They are quite shy and timid and believe it or not, after one hour, our room became noisy just like a morning market and this remind us about the phrase "don't judge a book by its cover" (^_^).
I think this is enough for now because a lot of assignments and tutorials are lined up . So stay tuned for the next story from us..INSYALLAH :-)
